Refund & Return Policy

  • We do NOT accept returns at this time.  

  • If your item(s) is/are lost or damaged during transit, please reach out via our Contact page! 

  • If your glass product arrived broken, we want to make it right! Follow these steps to address a broken glass product:

  1. Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the broken item, including any damage to the packaging. This will help us understand the issue and expedite the replacement process.

  2. Contact Us Promptly: Reach out via our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Attach the photos and provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Wait for Approval: We'll review your case and notify you of the approval for the replacement. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond.

  4. Packaging Instructions: Safely dispose of the broken glass in a secure manner. We may ask you to send us additional photos or information to assist with our quality control.

  5. Replacement Process: Once approved, we'll process a replacement and ship it to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure you receive a perfect product.
